Kelly has focused her practice on management-side employment law for the past 15 years. Prior to joining Littler, she represented public and private sector employers in discrimination, termination, and other labor and employment-related matters, including litigation in federal and state courts and administrative proceedings. Her practice also included representing employers in governmental audits and investigations and developing policies and counseling employers to reduce risks of wage and hour violations. She has been with Littler since 2017 and has worked with trial teams nationwide to draft hundreds of briefs in class and collective actions.
