Zeeshan Kabani

Zeeshan Kabani represents and advises clients in a broad range of employment-related matters. His practice encompasses advising and counseling clients across the full legal spectrum. He also has experience representing employers in state and federal courts as well as in alternative dispute resolution in discrimination/harassment claims, wage and hour claims, class action matters, and traditional labor law.

Zeeshan handles claims from initiation of litigation to resolution. He litigates matters before federal and state courts, as well as governmental agencies across California and the country from inception to completion, including investigation, assessment and settlement, discovery and depositions, dispositive motions, and trial/hearing.
