Summer Mielke represents employers in all employment matters including wage and hour actions, workplace audits and investigations, and discrimination and harassment claims. She provides advice and counsel to clients on various labor and employment issues, including compliance with wage and hour laws and laws regulating employee leave, termination, and discrimination and harassment.
Prior to joining Littler, Summer worked for a regional full-service firm where she represented private employers and public entities in all phases of labor and employment litigation.
During law school, Summer served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Shelleyanne Chang and the Hon. Allen Sumner at the Sacramento Superior Court.
