Allison Blankstein focuses her practice on compliance matters related to employee benefits law.

Before joining Littler, Allison worked as an associate at a boutique employee benefits law firm in Washington D.C., where she advised employee benefit fund clients, including retirement funds and health and welfare funds.

During law school, Allison served as an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Social Change, received a Wharton Certificate in Management, and was a Pro Bono Volunteer at SeniorLaw Center – Tenant Rights Division.
