Ronald Gutiérrez Abarca

Ronald Gutiérrez Abarca is a member of BDS Asesores’ Public Labor Practice. He was previously a legal assistant of the Attorney’s Office of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal and a legal assistant in the Executive Director's Office of the Instituto del Café de Costa Rica.

In addition to his law degree, Ronald received a Notary and Registry Specialization, with honors, from the Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho. He is a teacher in the Specialization Program in Labor Law at the University of Costa Rica. He has provided trainings on labor subjects related to the public sector and contributes to the Elempleo.com Section of the Periódico La Nación.
