Overview

Bonnie Birdsell's practice encompasses advising and representing clients in labor and employment law matters. She represents clients with local, national, and international presence in defending discrimination and retaliation claims. Among others, Bonnie has experience in the healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, and retail industries, as well as with public entities. 

Prior to joining Littler, Bonnie spent four years in litigation at a large firm in New Jersey, where she handled a wide variety of matters at every stage of a lawsuit. Her experience includes restrictive covenant cases, contract matters, shareholder disputes, and other civil issues. She previously was a clerk for the Hon. Thomas M. Moore, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage, General Equity Part. Bonnie worked in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania before returning home to Kansas City.
