Overview

Emily Selig represents employers in disputes before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She has experience litigating a variety of employment claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and claims involving employment contracts and workplace torts. Emily has also drafted and advised on separation agreements, employee handbooks, and noncompete agreements.

Prior to joining Littler, Emily represented public and private entities at a management-side labor and employment law firm in Chicago.
