Overview

Gray Jeong advises and represents employers in a wide range of employment law matters. He focuses his practice on defending employers in class and collective actions under federal and Washington state law, as well as on providing practical advice and conducting audits on compliance with wage and hour and pay equity laws. Prior to his legal career, Gray worked as a data analyst for a number of years. This experience has prepared him for representing employers in complex class actions, which can often be heavily data-oriented. In addition, Gray regularly defends employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination lawsuits.

In law school, Gray served as a managing editor on the Indiana Law Journal and as president of Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
