Javier Isaiah Brito focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters.
His practice mainly focuses on representing agricultural and trucking employers in various employment-related issues including, but not limited to, compliance, harassment/discrimination, and wage and hour disputes. He has represented employers before a wide range of administrative agencies including the EEOC, Labor Commissioner, Civil Rights Department, ALRB, and OSHA.
During law school, Javier was a class representative in the Labor and Employment Law Society and a teaching assistant for Property Law and Legal Research and Writing. Javier was a clerk at a prestigious plaintiff-side employment law firm headquartered in Westlake Village, California. He also was a summer associate at a well-known general service firm located in Fresno, where his primary focus was on the firm’s labor and employment matters.
