Overview

Jeneé Gaskin has experience representing employers in all aspects of employment law, including employee discipline, discrimination training, drafting and enforcing noncompetes, and handbook review. Additionally, she handles employment litigation involving federal and state claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Illinois Human Rights Act, Illinois Minimum Wage Law, and the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act. As a result, Jeneé has appeared before the EEOC, Illinois Department of Labor, Illinois Human Rights Commission, and state and federal courts.

Before joining Littler, Jeneé handled business and employment matters at a major defense-side firm.

While in law school, Jeneé served as the sub-regional director and secretary for the Midwest Black Law Student Association. She was a brief writer for Loyola’s Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot court team.
