Jocelyn D. Hannah is an experienced litigator who has represented a wide range of employers in a vast array of industries. Jocelyn has successfully defended lawsuits brought against clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in contractual arbitration. Appearing before numerous California State Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of California at the trial and appellate levels, her practice focuses on:
