Jonathan Partington

Jonathan Partington is an internationally versed and accomplished attorney with an 18-year litigation career hallmarked by success representing multinational corporations, litigating complex cases, and adeptly managing multifaceted challenges within the high-stakes and ever-evolving legal landscape.

He has had extensive experience handling an array of  employment and labor litigation matters for multinational and industry leaders as a litigator in South Africa.

Since relocating to California in 2021, Jonathan has used the skills he acquired as a South African employment lawyer to assist Littler clients. He has also pursued further U.S.-based legal studies including deposition training at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy in San Diego, and the trial program with the San Diego Inn of Court. In 2023, he was also admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.
