Overview

Lauren Forsythe focuses her practice on advising and representing management clients on labor and employment law matters arising under federal and state law. She also represents employers in litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies.

Prior to joining Littler, Lauren practiced civil defense litigation representing government agencies and private sector employers in state and federal court.

Lauren's experience includes conducting legal research and writing, arguing motions in court, conducting depositions of fact and expert witnesses, negotiation and settlement of cases, expert witness retention, and conducting discovery.

During law school, she was the managing editor for the Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal. Lauren also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Beth Buchanan of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Ohio.
