
Michael S. Yellin has a national practice focusing on representing employers in all areas of labor management relations, including labor arbitration, collective bargaining, union organizing campaigns, and litigation before the National Labor Relations Board. Mike also advises employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under federal and state law. He has represented clients before federal, state, and municipal administrative agencies and in state and federal courts, including appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Wisconsin Supreme Court, Wisconsin Court of Appeals, and Illinois Courts.
Prior to joining Littler, Mike was an attorney in the litigation practice group at a large international law firm and at a boutique trial firm.
Mike was a managing editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and a member of the Wisconsin Moot Court Board during law school.
