With a practice focused on employment-related litigation, Seth G. Mehrten represents employers against claims involving wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He regularly handles disputes in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as complex class actions. He defends clients in matters before various agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the U.S. Department of Labor, the Agricultural Labor Relations Board, California Civil Rights Department, and the California Labor Commissioner.
Prior to entering private practice, Seth served as a Deputy City Attorney in Fresno’s Office of the City Attorney and advised on a wide range of legal issues.
