BTI Consulting Recognizes Dallas Attorney Steven Rahhal and San Diego Attorney Jeremy Roth for Excellence in Client Service
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (February 6, 2012) – Steven Rahhal and Jeremy Roth, shareholders at Littler Mendelson, P.C. (Littler), the nation’s largest employment and labor law firm representing management, have been named “Client Service All-Stars” by The BTI Consulting Group. This is the second time both attorneys have landed on the prestigious list. Rahhal practices in Littler’s Dallas office and Roth is the office managing shareholder of the firm’s San Diego office.

For more than 20 years, Rahhal has exclusively represented employers in every aspect of the employee-employer relationship, appearing on behalf of management before state and federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division. Rahhal is a frequent speaker before business and professional associations throughout the country and has made numerous presentations on developments with the National Labor Relations Board and union activities to various diverse groups, including employer associations and bar groups. He currently serves as part of the core group of Littler’s Traditional Labor Law Practice Group.
Rahhal received his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D., with honors, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
Roth practices exclusively in the area of labor and employment law, representing retailers, hotels and other management clients in state and federal courts and before various governmental agencies. He defends employers in all phases of litigation, up through and including trial by jury or bench, and has handled countless mediations and arbitrations. Roth has been quoted extensively on employment law issues in a variety of legal and popular periodicals. He previously served on Littler’s Board of Directors and the firm’s Board Nominating Committee.
Roth received his B.S. from Iowa State University, his M.L.I.R. from Michigan State University, and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
