(December 3, 2021) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce the official launch of its affinity group for individuals with disabilities. This group, co-chaired by Associate Lauren Clements and Littler CaseSmart Program Director Anna Gualano, welcomes attorneys and staff with disabilities and their allies.
“At Littler, we are committed to providing an inclusive culture that celebrates and embraces the unique qualities that each individual brings to Littler,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president. “We are excited to further support and empower our employees who identify as having a disability through this forum which will offer focused programming and networking opportunities.”
The goal of Littler’s Individuals with Disabilities Affinity Group is to support and empower employees who identify as having a disability and the unique perspectives they bring to the workplace. Additionally, the group will provide structured programming and networking opportunities through in-person and virtual meetings.
In addition to this newly formed group, Littler offers the following affinity groups: Bollo (Black/African American), ‘Ohana (Asian, South Asian, Middle Eastern, North African and Pacific Islander), Pride (LGBTQ+), Reunión (Hispanic/Latinx) and its recently launched Veterans Initiative. Further, the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative provides growth and development opportunities for those Littler attorneys who identify as female and/or nonbinary, and empowers them to reach their desired professional goals.
