(February 14, 2019) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce new leadership for its Bollo and Pride affinity groups. Additionally, the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Council added three new members.
Shareholders Michael Gregg (Irvine) and LaToi Mayo (Lexington) will serve as co-chairs of the Bollo affinity group, succeeding Shareholders Yvette Gatling (Tysons Corner) and Dionysia Johnson-Massie (Atlanta). Gregg and Mayo will work together to create strategies that promote the success of Black and African-American attorneys at the firm by providing skill enhancement programming, business development coaching, and mentoring opportunities. Bollo’s current initiatives are focused on supporting associate talent development, increasing diversity recruiting efforts and developing career advancement strategies.
Shareholder Darren Gibson (Austin) will serve as the new co-chair of the Pride affinity group alongside Shareholder Lauren Schwartzreich (New York), who was appointed co-chair last year. Pride’s mission is to foster and maintain an inclusive work environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender attorneys and staff; to recruit, retain and cultivate LGBTQ talent; to ensure the firm meets the diversity needs of our clients; and to support LGBTQ issues in the workplace and legal community.
Additionally, Stanley Foreman (Phoenix), Bennett Kaspar (Los Angeles) and Emily McNee (Minneapolis) have been named to the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Council. The council is comprised of 19 lawyers and professional staff who reflect the diversity of Littler and work to ensure that everyone feels welcome and knows that they can succeed at the firm by bringing their whole selves to work. The council is responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing firmwide diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives.
