Forman, who succeeds Lori Brown, will capitalize on the firm’s success in the region and further expand Littler’s footprint throughout Florida. Forman will also continue to be instrumental in advancing Littler’s innovations. Most notably, he pioneered the award-winning Littler CaseSmart® program, a platform designed in response to the shifting legal landscape and to meet the economic needs of the firm’s clients. Joining Littler in 2003, Forman represents and advises employers in all aspects of employment law. He has a truly national practice, having handled matters in literally every state in the country. His established practice in employment litigation includes single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class action cases involving wrongful termination, breach of contract, employment discrimination and workplace harassment, public accommodation, and litigation relating to the enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants. His clients vary in size from Fortune 100 companies to small entities in a variety of industries, including retail, manufacturing, restaurants, automotive, trucking, professional associations and Professional Employer Organizations. Forman litigates cases in federal and state courts around the country, and he aggressively represents employers before administrative agencies, as well as in arbitrations.
