Overview

Renee Feldman focuses her practice on the defense of employers in a wide range of employment litigation matters, including single and multi-plaintiff cases alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as associated tort, contract, and wage claims. Her experience spans the full litigation lifecycle, from pre-litigation through summary judgment, trial, and beyond. She has represented clients from various industries (including financial services, healthcare, retail, transportation, fitness, and education) in a variety of forums (state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative agencies).

Renee also counsels employers on a variety of employment topics and has presented numerous management training seminars on preventing harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
