Our annual in-person East Bay breakfast briefings are back! Employment attorneys from Littler’s Walnut Creek office will review the new employment laws that have been passed in California for 2023 and recent court rulings that affect employers of all sizes. Some of the new laws discussed concern COVID, marijuana use, wage scale rules, GPS on work vehicles, reproductive rights, privacy obligations and employee pay. Our annual round up of the new California employment laws not only includes a review of the substance of each new law, but will also offer practical suggestions for compliance.
