(March 28, 2019) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce that Shareholders Tasha Inegbenebor (Atlanta), Lindbergh Porter (San Francisco), Lee Schreter (Atlanta) and Stephen Tedesco (San Francisco) have been named “Client Service All-Stars” by the BTI Consulting Group Inc. in its new report, the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2019. This is the 12th consecutive year that at least one Littler attorney has been selected to the annual list.
The list is compiled based on hundreds of interviews with legal decision-makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. All-stars are selected based on six traits: client focus, client experience, legal skills, business understanding, value and thought leadership.

Tasha K. Inegbenebor is an experienced litigator who exclusively represents, counsels and advises employers in all aspects of federal and state employment law. She specializes in defending employers in matters alleging class-wide discrimination, systemic discrimination and retaliation. Inegbenebor also regularly defends employer against allegations of wage and hour violations, including the litigation of single-plaintiff and collective actions. She has litigated a wide array of employment cases, including Title VII discrimination and harassment claims, retaliation claims, ADA claims, ADEA claims, FMLA claims and FLSA claims.
Inegbenebor earned her J.D. from Emory University and her B.S., magna cum laude, from Oakwood University.
Lindbergh Porter is chairperson of the firm's Board of Directors. He has represented employers in more than 50 court and regulatory agency trials and has handled more than 75 class actions. Porter represents employers in collective bargaining and other phases of traditional labor matters before the National Labor Relations Board and has handled approximately 100 arbitrations. In appellate practice, he has briefed or argued more than a dozen state and federal appellate cases, including several that set legal precedent. Additionally, Porter authors numerous articles and speaks at employment and labor law seminars and conferences sponsored by national, state, and local bar associations and industry organizations. He has been named by The Best Lawyers in America© since 2013.
Porter earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and his A.B. from the University of Illinois.
Lee A. Schreter is co-chair of Littler’s Wage and Hour Practice Group and former chairperson of the firm’s Board of Directors. She focuses on representing employers in complex employment litigation and arbitration, including multiplaintiff, class and collective actions, as well as helping employers to develop forward-thinking compliance measures that reduce wage and hour disputes and other employment-related issues. Schreter regularly appears before federal and state courts, the Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division and agencies charged with enforcing state law wage and hour requirements in various wage-related and equal employment disputes and appeals. Additionally, she is a frequent speaker before industry and trade associations, business organizations and human resource groups concerning employment-related disputes and wage and hour issues. She has been named by The Best Lawyers in America© since 2008.
Schreter earned her J.D., cum laude, and her M.S.I.R. from Georgia State University. She received her B.A. from Ithaca College.
Stephen C. Tedesco maintains an extensive practice in all aspects of labor and employment law. He has tried cases in federal and state courts and before the National Labor Relations Board, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Tedesco has lectured to employer groups on unfair competition, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, wage and hour issues and personnel policies and procedures. He has been awarded an AV® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Tedesco earned his J.D. from University of California Hastings College of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from University of California-Los Angles.
