KANSAS CITY, Mo. (November 16, 2016) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added four associates to its Kansas City office: Alyssa S. Gonnerman, Luke M. Hangge, Kyle A. Kitson and Robert J. Rojas. This group of attorneys follows the recent arrival of Kansas City Shareholders Jeffrey D. Hanslick, Anthony Romano and Curtis R. Summers.

Gonnerman joins Littler from Husch Blackwell’s labor and employment group. She counsels and represents employers in various aspects of labor and employment law, including charges of discrimination, harassment and retaliation; Fair Labor Standards Act claims; employment contract dispute litigation; and workplace investigations. She has also conducted employee handbook reviews and drafted other employer policy and procedure materials. Gonnerman earned her J.D., with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law and her B.B.A., with high distinction, from the University of Iowa.
Hangge advises and represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. Previously, he was an intern for the Hon. Julie A. Robinson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Hangge earned his J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Kansas School of Law, his M.B.A. from Western Washington University and his B.S. from Central Washington University.
Kitson was previously at Seyferth Blumenthal & Harris. Before joining Littler, his practice included a wide range of business and intellectual property litigation matters in both state and federal courts. His litigation experience spans dispositive motion practice, appellate briefing, discovery, mediation and arbitration. Kitson earned his J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Kansas School of Law and his B.A., with honors, from the University of Kansas.
Rojas also comes to Littler from Husch Blackwell. He advises and represents employers in all areas of employment law, with a focus on defending lawsuits brought under state and federal statutes, including claims involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation. During law school, he interned for the Hon. Carlos Murguia in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. Rojas earned his J.D., cum laude, from Washburn University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Nevada, Reno.
